We accept cash and major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service and patients are financially responsible for all services.
Out-of-network patients can be provided with a superbill containing a diagnosis code and payment information that may be submitted to your insurance carrier to potentially receive reimbursement.
Claims are only filed to in-network insurance carriers.
